ORDERS

1. Prices F.O.B. Douglas, Arizona, effective January 1, 2010 and subject to change upon 30 days advance written notice.  Prices given at time of order will be honored.
2. Quantities available:  Standard packages of 2, 4, 5, 6 or 12 per package. Please contact us should your requirements be outside of the standards.
3. C.O.D., Visa or Master Card, Money Orders or Certified checks accepted for new accounts.
4. Open Accounts:  With approval of Credit Application.

TERMS

1. Net 30 Day terms on all merchandise unless pre-approved by Feather Expressions management. 
2. 1 ½% Service Charge per month (APR 18%) Will be assessed on all past due balances, as well as expenses, attorney fees and court costs, which seller incurs by reason of buyer’s default.
3. Deductions from payments, other than terms discount, for any reason will not be allowed until credit memos are issued.  Any such deductions will be shown as outstanding balances and subject to Service Charges.

SHORTAGES, ERRORS & DAMAGES

1. Please inspect all shipments carefully.  Verify total number of packages.  All claims for lost, damaged or concealed shortages (due to pilferage) must be made to the delivering carrier claims department within 7 days of delivery. To assure shipping accuracy, all items are barcode scan prior to shipment and matched to order requirements.
2. Shortages and errors must be reported to Feather Expressions within 15 days of delivery.  Shortage claims will be re-pulled and weighted to match computer recorded shipping weight before shortage claims will be accepted.
3. Damaged merchandise must be returned prior to receiving replacement or credit.  Refer to following Return Policy.

RETURN POLICY

1. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a proper Return Authorization Number.  To receive a Return Authorization Number, call Feather Expressions and provide the following information:
   1. a.     Invoice Number or Order Number
   2. b.    Item Number or product description
   3. Reason for return
2. Only merchandise shipped within the last 30 days will be accepted for return.
3. Only orders fulfilled from the Douglas, Arizona facility will be accepted for return.
4. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of date of Authorization.  Returns later than 30 days will not be accepted.
5. 20% Re-Stocking fee charged to accounts returning merchandise, except defective merchandise or merchandise shipped in error by Feather Expressions.

CANCELLATION

1. All orders are considered valid and cannot be cancelled unless a WRITTEN cancellation is faxed/received at least 10 working days prior to the ship date. 
2. Phone cancellations will NOT be honored.

EXPORT TERMS

1. Invoice payable in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank prior to shipping..
2. Export orders will be shipped UPS or air parcel post unless otherwise specified.
